Slow Baking Idaho® Potatoes

Q:

Is it possible to "slow bake" potatoes at 250 degrees (cooking meat at this temp for several hours and can't do the potatoes at the higher temp)?

A:

Sure, it’s okay to cook them at 250 degrees. They are done when the internal temp is 210 degree, which could take up to 4 ½ hours.slow bake
