What happened to potato Knishes, never see them on menus anymore?
Interesting that you would ask about Knishes, I was in San Francisco recently and ran across a stand on the Embarcadero where Mr. Knish King was selling Latkes, kugel, meat and vegetable knish. If you have a recipe to share, that would be great. The broccoli cheese with homemade honey mustard I tasted was outstanding and I loved how thick yet not burned the Latkes were.
