We’ve been hooked on Instant Pots and Air Fryers since the minute we tried them. How could we not fall in love with appliances that cook taters quicker and healthier??!! Fortunately our blogger friends fell for them too and created some must-try recipes for us.

Stacey Doyle of Little Figgy Food made Instant Pot Beef Bourguignon that’s perfect for chilly fall days. Beef chuck, bacon, pearl onions, carrots, red wine, mushrooms, baby Dutch yellow potatoes and other flavorful ingredients simmer together to create the perfect one dish meal.

While air fryers are pretty versatile they are really perfect for making French fries. Susan Palmer of Girl in the Little Red Kitchen spiralizes Russet Burbank Potatoes to make Air Fryer Curly Fries with a Bacon Chive Dip. After two medium-size spuds are spiralized, they’re tossed in one teaspoon of olive oil and one teaspoon of kosher salt and air fried for 15 minutes until crispy and slightly browned. They can be accompanied by any kind of sauce but the Bacon Chive Dip is light and flavorful, just like the spuds!
