Or, if your guests prefer more plant-based menu offerings, Potato Burger will certainly catch their eye. This veggie burger replace beef with potatoes – both mashed and diced. The patty is flavored with chilies, masala, mustard and cumin seeds, dredged in flour then fried in ghee until firm and golden brown.
