The Gilroy Garlic Festival is one of the most popular food festivals in country drawing tens of thousands of guests over three fun-filled days. Our favorite part of the festival – the Gilroy Garlic Fries, of course! In Idaho we love everything that pairs well with potatoes and garlic is at the top of the list.
