Crispy Torn Idaho® Potato and Litehouse® Ranch Bowls

Extra crispy torn baked Idaho® potato pieces are topped with Litehouse® ranch sauces and various mouthwatering combinations that are perfect for any daypart.

Ingredients:

  • 4 large Idaho® russet potatoes, par-baked
  • Oil, for frying
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • Litehouse® Homestyle Ranch sauce, see flavor combinations below
  • Toppings (see below)

Directions:

  1. Tear baked russet potatoes into 1-2” pieces and refrigerate overnight.
  2. To cook, preheat fryer to 350°F.
  3. Once heated, drop torn potatoes into the oil and deep fry for 3-4 minutes or until golden and crisp.
  4. Drain off excess oil and season as desired.
  5. Serve topped with your favorite toppings.

Breakfast: crispy torn Idaho russet potato pieces topped with diced corned beef, caramelized bell peppers, onions, melted cheese, Litehouse Peppered Bacon Buttermilk Ranch sauce, chopped parsley and topped with an over-easy egg.

Litehouse Peppered Bacon Buttermilk Ranch Sauce Recipe: Mix 1 cup Litehouse Homestyle Ranch dressing with 3 strips of cooked, chopped bacon and 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper in a blender until smooth. 

Lunch: crispy torn Idaho russet potato pieces topped with diced turkey, bacon, ham, melted cheddar cheese, diced multi-colored cherry tomatoes and Litehouse Avocado-Cilantro Ranch sauce. 

Litehouse Avocado-Cilantro Ranch Sauce Recipe: Mix 1 cup Litehouse Homestyle Ranch dressing, 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro and 1 avocado in a blender until smooth. 

Dinner: crispy torn Idaho russet potato pieces topped with diced peppered steak, beef jus, Litehouse Parmesan & Garlic Ranch sauce, melted cheese curds and fresh herbs.

Litehouse Parmesan & Garlic Ranch Sauce Recipe: Mix 1 cup Litehouse Homestyle Ranch dressing, 4 ounces roasted garlic and ¼ cup Parmesan cheese in a blender until smooth.
