Crispy Torn Idaho® Potato and Litehouse® Ranch Bowls
Extra crispy torn baked Idaho® potato pieces are topped with Litehouse® ranch sauces and various mouthwatering combinations that are perfect for any daypart.
Ingredients:
- 4 large Idaho® russet potatoes, par-baked
- Oil, for frying
- Kosher salt, to taste
- Litehouse® Homestyle Ranch sauce, see flavor combinations below
- Toppings (see below)
Directions:
- Tear baked russet potatoes into 1-2” pieces and refrigerate overnight.
- To cook, preheat fryer to 350°F.
- Once heated, drop torn potatoes into the oil and deep fry for 3-4 minutes or until golden and crisp.
- Drain off excess oil and season as desired.
- Serve topped with your favorite toppings.

Litehouse Avocado-Cilantro Ranch Sauce Recipe: Mix 1 cup Litehouse Homestyle Ranch dressing, 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro and 1 avocado in a blender until smooth.
Dinner: crispy torn Idaho russet potato pieces topped with diced peppered steak, beef jus, Litehouse Parmesan & Garlic Ranch sauce, melted cheese curds and fresh herbs.
Litehouse Parmesan & Garlic Ranch Sauce Recipe: Mix 1 cup Litehouse Homestyle Ranch dressing, 4 ounces roasted garlic and ¼ cup Parmesan cheese in a blender until smooth.
