EAGLE, Idaho, April 24, 2013—The votes are in for the Heart Smart Idaho® Potato Recipe Contest, launched by the Idaho Potato Commission (IPC) with Denise Austin and the Mr. Food Test Kitchen. About the recipe contest:
For American Heart Month in February, Mr. Food and the IPC launched a Heart Smart Recipe Contest, encouraging home cooks around the country to send in their best “quick and easy” heart-healthy recipes featuring Idaho® potatoes. After narrowing down the mouthwatering recipes to the top 10 finalists, it was up to the public to vote for their favorites. Now that the votes have been tallied, here are the results:
