Deb Paquette has lived and worked in Nashville for more than 30 years. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of American, she became the first woman in Tennessee to qualify as a certified executive chef. She’s a trailblazer for chefs in the area, mentor and consultant to some of Nashville’s best talent. She’s also the owner of two popular restaurants, Etch and Etc. Both concepts allow Deb to be her creative best, which is demonstrated in these three Idaho® potato recipes she created.
Established in 1937, the Idaho Potato Commission (IPC) is a state agency that is responsible for promoting and protecting the famous "Grown in Idaho®" seal, a federally registered trademark that assures consumers they are purchasing genuine, top-quality Idaho® potatoes. Idaho's ideal growing conditions, including rich, volcanic soil, climate and irrigation differentiate Idaho® potatoes from potatoes grown in other states.
