What's for Dinner?

You probably hear or ask this question just about every day.  We’re pretty certain you have your go-to meals, but what about considering adding a seafood item to your list of favs this year? Seafood is considered to be an excellent source of protein and, unfortunately, probably not at the top of your grocery list. At 4.2 pounds per person, shrimp is the most consumed type of seafood in the United States (by comparison, beef consumption in 2016 was 55.6 pounds) followed by salmon and tuna, tied at 2.3 pounds.

One of our favorite bloggers based here in the Northwest, Sylvia Fontaine of Feasting at Home, has developed a few new recipes to encourage her followers to eat more fish. And you guessed it, Idaho® potatoes are a main ingredient.
