Idaho® Potato Pizza Puff
- 40 cups Idahoan® Tater Tumbler Mix
- 5 cups Italian sausage, crumbled, cooked
- 7½ cups pepperoni, minced
- 100 pieces fresh mozzarella, large dice (8 grams)
- Pizza sauce, for garnish
- Parmesan, grated, for garnish
- Fresh chives, chopped, for garnish
- Preheat fryer to 350°F.
- Combine the dry Tater Tumbler mix in a large bowl with the sausage and pepperoni. Mix well and hydrate as instructed.
- Wrap the mixture around the mozzarella ball and deep fry for 3 minutes or until golden.
- Top with pizza sauce and garnish with grated Parmesan and chopped chives.
