Ingredients:

  • 8 servings Instant Mashed Idaho Potatoes-prepared
  • 10 oz. White Cheddar Cheese-shredded
  • 2 oz. Pimentos-diced
  • 1/4 tsp. White Pepper

Directions:

  1. Prepare Instant Mashed Idaho Potatoes.
  2. Shred White Cheddar Cheese, combine all ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Bake at 350° F for 15 minutes.
