She loves to travel any chance she gets and has been asked to be a judge in the 2014 Scottish Homebaking Awards competition in Scotland!Among Christina's accomplishments are: LA Times 2012 Cookie Contest winner, Green & Black's Recipe Challenge Grand Prize winner, and most recently, the OXO/PLATED Very Vegetarian Challenge winner. De Cecco, The Idaho Potato Commission, Green & Blacks, and The Fresh20 are among the esteemed companies for which Christina has worked. Christina is on a mission to save authentic Italian cuisine from a dying completely, and to convince the American public that British cuisine is easily among the world's best— one steak pie and Sticky Toffee Pudding at a time.
