Nancy Backas and Terry Feingold are partners in life and in business. They bring their combined experience together to bring you food that looks and tastes good, freshly prepared by their own hands. We personally develop the menus and cook the food.
Nancy has a degree in Foods and Nutrition and is a graduate of the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago (CHIC). She is a nationally published Food writer with a flair for presentation. She worked for a number of local large catering companies (Carlyn Berghoff, Food for Thought, Foodstuffs) to hone her catering skills, in the process learning how best to serve clients and the importance of the personal touch.
Terry cooks from the heart. His intuitive cooking style and meticulous attention to detail was honed from personal experience and from working on the job for other caterers. He developed his culinary passion by experimenting with ingredients and cooking styles and has a developed a creative style that pops with well-developed flavor.
