Spicy Roasted Red Peppers & Bacon Dip

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups Roasted red peppers
  • 3 cups Bacon - cooked, finely chopped
  • Chili paste - to taste
  • Olive oil
  • 2 - 11 oz logs of Goat cheese - softened
  • 1 quart Sour cream
  • Salt & pepper - to taste

Directions:

  1. Puree peppers in olive oil; add bacon, chili paste, salt & pepper. Blend pepper mixture into sour cream & goat cheese; Season to taste with salt & pepper. Chill well before serving.
