Bernadette is the foodie behind Rants From My Crazy Kitchen, which she started in 2012 as a way to share recipes with her friends. She is now a stay-at-home wife and mother, with a daughter in grade school and two very loud dogs at home. Her blog is filled with a wide variety of recipes, from indulgent to healthy, many of which are great for family meals. In her spare time, Bernadette is also a contributor to Parade's Community Table.
Established in 1937, the Idaho Potato Commission (IPC) is a state agency that is responsible for promoting and protecting the famous "Grown in Idaho®" seal, a federally registered trademark that assures consumers they are purchasing genuine, top-quality Idaho® potatoes. Idaho's ideal growing conditions, including rich, volcanic soil, climate and irrigation differentiate Idaho® potatoes from potatoes grown in other states.
