Annapolis, MD I got hooked on the hospitality as a kid growing up in the 70's helping my father and Uncles run restaurants, bars and night clubs in Baltimore. eventually wound up at Baltimore's International Culinary Arts graduating 1n 1982. Have worked an array of kitchens from trendy to touristy but wherever I worked, I make sure there is a fun crew who love to explore and create using local products with an international flair. Ten years ago I fell in love with The Boatyard at first sight and have been here ever since. The cuisine we have her could best be described as aFresh Maryland/French/Continental/Cajun kind of thing. We have great fun coming up with original recipes that our eclectic clientele seem to love and we have a ball doing tons of charity work with the Chesapeake Bay Foundation, 1% for the Planet, The Oyster Recovery Partnership and the Coastal Conservation Association just to name a few.
