Latin American restaurant located in Chicago's west loop.

Chef de Cuisine for Jose Garces' Argentine Steakhouse in the Loews Hotel. Responsible for running a the full service restaurant (breakfast, lunch, dinner), the lobby bar, and a 24 hour room service operation.

I manage all food and beverage operations with in the hotel including banquets, full service restaurant and club lounge.
