Cooking Idaho® Potatoes And Meatloaf At The Same Time

Q:

What is the best temperature to bake a one-pound meatloaf and three Idaho potatoes? I only have one oven and I want to serve them both at the same time.

A:

A few meatloaf recipes I found online call for a 375°F temperature for one hour or until the inside temperature is 175°F. Put the potatoes in the oven for twenty minutes before at 375°F and they should be done at about the same time.
