The Ultimate Baked Potato With Butter and Bacon Toppings
- 4 Idaho® Potatoes
- 1 (3 ounce) jar of HORMEL® Real Bacon Bits
- COUNTRY CROCK® butter, desired amount
- Heat oven to 425°F.
- Wash potatoes and pierce skin with a fork to prevent potato from splitting.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until tender. An Idaho® potato is perfectly baked when it reaches an internal temp of 210°F.
- Cut "X" in top of each potato; push ends together to open. Top each potato with butter and bacon bits.
