Roasted Shallot Garlic Dip
Ingredients:
1 qt sour cream
2 cups finely sliced shallots
2 cups fresh garlic cloves -sliced
Oil
Salt & Pepper
Instructions:
Sauté shallots and garlic till brown and crispy. (Almost fried, but not deep-fried). Drain well.
Blend shallots and garlic with sour cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Chill.
Note: slice potatoes lengthwise to create longer chips and
leave the skin on.
