Potatoes Lyonnaise

  • 3 large Idaho Potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 small onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika


  1. Combine all ingredients in a deep 3-quart microwave-safe casserole dish. Cover and microwave at HIGH 9 to 11 minutes, or until potatoes and onions are tender, stirring every 5 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
