Lemon-Pepper Parmesan Fries


  • Lemon-Pepper Parmesan Mix:
  • 4oz fresh lemon peel; finely chopped
  • 4oz black pepper; fine grind
  • 16oz Italian Parmesan cheese; grated fine
  • Fries:
  • 6oz potatoes, Idaho, skin on; 3/16" cut strips
  • Oil; blended; canola-peanut-corn


Lemon-Pepper Parmesan Mix:
  1. Toss all ingredients in a bowl. Sprinkle onto deep fried fries as needed.
  1. Deep fry potato fries at 350 until crisp. Season with lemon-pepper-parmesan mix and serve at once.
