Loaded Buffalo Chicken Fries

Ingredients:

  • 12 ounces Grown In Idaho® Super Crispy Crinkle Cut Fries
  • 10 ounces pre-cooked grilled chicken, warmed and cut into strips
  • ½ cup buffalo hot sauce, divided
  • 1 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup blue cheese crumbles
  • ¼ cup green onions for topping, chopped
  • ½ cup buttermilk ranch for topping, optional

Directions:

  1. Start by preheating your air fryer at 360 degrees for 5 minutes.
  2. Open your Grown In Idaho® bag of fries and pour them into the base of your air fryer basket. Air fry fries according to the package’s instructions.
  3. In the same air fryer basket, top your fries with pre-cooked grilled chicken, buffalo hot sauce (1 part), and pepper jack cheese.
  4. Air fry that at 350°F for 2 minutes or until cheese has melted.
  5. While still hot, top with the remainder of buffalo hot sauce, blue cheese crumble, and green onion.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
