A: Here are a few of my favorite ways to spice up your Idaho® potato hash brown dish:
- Use a colorful variety of Idaho® potatoes such as red, yellow or fingerlings.
- Use both cubed and shredded Idaho® potatoes as the foundation of the dish.
- Add protein such as sausage, bacon, eggs or ham.
- Add sautéed onions and bell peppers for an extra crunch.
