The Giant Idaho Baked Potato is so big you’re going to ask if it’s real. That’s ok…we’re used to that question! The answer is yes, it’s real! Idaho is known for its giant taters, but in case you can’t find a 40-count tuber at your local grocery store we’ve got a little trick to help you out. Top with steamed broccoli florets, green onions, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, sour cream and butter for a pretty spud-tacular meal…for two!
