The Idaho Potato Commission is thrilled to release the first three new featured recipes of our national Foodservice ad campaign. They each showcase an innovative Idaho® Potato recipe that’s just as visually appealing as it is delicious.

This inviting recipe courtesy of Chef Dan Azen of FLIK Hospitality Group is the perfect conversation piece served at a catered event or as a shareable starter. These three colorful layers of whipped Idaho® Potatoes, piled high on crispy fried Idaho® Potato chips are sure to be a fall favorite.
