Bacon Blitz Potato Skewers

Serving Size:
16 potato skewers
Ingredients:
2-8 ounce Idaho® russet potatoes
16 slices bacon
seasonings of your choice
dipping sauces of your choice
Directions:
Clean and peel (if desired) the Idaho® russet potatoes, creating 6-8 wedges per spud. Season potatoes (if desired).
Wrap each wedge with bacon.
Bake in a preheated 425° F oven for 25-30 minutes.
When cooked, place on paper towels to drain.
Allow to cool. Skewer with bamboo skewers.
Grill until desired level of crispiness.
Serve and enjoy with dipping sauce of your choice.
