Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup "silken" tofu, well-drained
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 2 to 3 tablespoons honey
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Whisk vigorously until ingredients are well combined. Serve with fresh or frozen Idaho Potato French-fries
Yield: 1 cup or 8 serving *1 serving equals 2 tablespoons
