Jef Pryor has joined the Idaho Potato Commission (IPC) foodservice marketing team as Promotions Director for the Southeast. Working closely with Don Odiorne, Vice President-Foodservice and the other regional foodservice promotion directors, Pryor will lead the marketing outreach to distributors and produce specialists in his territory, as well as conduct Idaho® potato product seminars and educational sessions, and represent the brand and industry at foodservice trade shows.

U.S. Senators from Idaho Welcome Great Big Idaho® Potato Truck to the Nation's Capitol

The U.S. Senators from Idaho, James E. Risch and Mike Crapo, today joined the President and CEO of the IPC, Frank Muir, to welcome the Great Big Idaho® Potato Truck when it rolled into Washington, D.C. for a special appearance in front of the the U.S. Capitol Building. In celebration of the mid-point of the truck’s seven-month cross country tour, to mark the IPC’s milestone 75th Anniversary, Senators Risch and Crapo joined Muir to present a $100,000 check from the IPC to Enid A. Borden, the President and CEO of Meals On Wheels Association of America.

The Idaho Potato Commission (IPC) celebrated its 75th diamond anniversary this spring by giving away a brilliant one-carat diamond pendant (ARV: $3,500), the stone traditionally associated with 75th anniversaries.
