A simply divine side dish that pairs beautifully with just about any meats or veggies, Roasted Fingerling Potatoes with Gremolata are made with a few wholesome ingredients, making this a great weeknight dinner staple. Sliced Idaho® fingerling potatoes are baked in the oven until fork-tender then set aside. Chopped parsley, garlic, lemon zest and juice, olive oil, salt, pepper and poultry blend seasoning are pulsed together in a food processor to create the gremolata. Drizzle this aromatic sauce over the potatoes and serve warm.
