Content License Agreement

Thank you for your interest in the Idaho Potato Commissions Images and Photo Library. We are happy to share these assets with you. Please read the steps below to download the Idaho Potato Commission’s copyrighted images, content or recipes.

When using these assets, we require all parties to include credit to the Idaho Potato Commission by using copy such as: “Recipe and/or photo courtesy of the Idaho Potato Commission” or “Idaho® potato variety photo from the Idaho Potato Commission”. If the asset you are using is a photo from a blogger recipe, the blogger must be credited as well.

In order to track who is using our assets, please provide the information below. Once you have entered the information and checked the box stating that you understand and agree to the terms of use, you will gain immediate access to our hi-resolution images. Please note: We monitor image downloads closely to deter or prevent improper use. For all other non-journalistic uses, including such items as packaging, merchandising materials, websites, etc. please submit a written photo request to the ipc@potato.idaho.gov or send directly to:

The use or misuse of these marks or trademarks or any other content on this site, except as provided in these terms and conditions and/or by license or permission is strictly prohibited.

The names and designs of all IPC certification marks, trademarks, logos, and phrases belong exclusively to the State of Idaho and are administered by the IPC, and are protected from copying and simulation under national and international trademark and copyright laws and treaties throughout the world. Grocers and foodservice operators are encouraged to use IPC certification marks and trademarks in promotional materials when the products being promoted are 100 percent genuine Idaho potatoes or potato products. All other certification mark and trademark use must be conducted under authority of a license agreement with the IPC.
